Can change job into Assassin or Rogue
Jobchange guide
1. Go to the Thief Guild found inside the Pyramid northwest of Morroc (moc_ruins 58,159)

2. Once inside, traverse the maze and go to the middle of the map at (moc_prydb1 45/130) to enter the secret guildhall
3. Once inside, follow the hallway down and take the left gate. In here you will find the Guildmaster of the thief guild.
4. She is having trouble getting mushrooms delivered from a nearby farm. If you help her with this problem, she will accept you into her ranks.
5. Find Irrelevant Man on the map with the pyramid, he will send you to the farm.

6. At the farm, kill the mushrooms and collect the mushrooms that drop. Aggressive Fabres and Chonchons (and Spores, but they're not aggresive) protect the farm, so you may want to avoid them. Your mission is to collect at least mushrooms worth of 25 points. Orange Net Mushroom are worth 3 points, Orange Gooey Mushroom are wort 1 point.
7. After collecting a sufficient amount of Mushrooms, head back to Thief Guild.
8. Talk to NPC farthest from the warp portal. He will count your mushrooms and if you have enough points, he will promote you to a Thief.
Builds
Envenom & Auto-Attack / Dagger Thief
This build focuses on poisoning your target with Envenom to weaken them while avoiding getting hit by monsters using Improve Dodge and Hiding. Then, taking advantage of Double Attack by having high AGI for increased ASPD, auto-attack weakened monsters one-by-one until they are killed. Unfortunately, the Thief does not have any AOE skills to level with so this is the only option for a new player and it is recommended to focus on passive monsters when starting out.
Due to lack of AOE skills for this class, it it recommended to get any slotted Accessory carded with a Marine Sphere Card to use Magnum Break on mobs of monsters to level. However, this will not be an option for a brand new player obviously.
Stats
You may allocate certain status points depending on the monster you are killing, your survivability, skill playing the game, and planned character build later on. Primary stats will be STR for ATK and AGI for ASPD & FLEE, but if you find yourself missing monsters, add more DEX to give you HIT and improve your Steal rate.
Skills
Double Attack: 10 (with Improve Dodge first skill to level up to maximum)
Improve Dodge: 10
Steal: 10
Hiding: 10
Envenom: 8 or 9 (8 if interested in Detoxify, otherwise 9)
Detoxify: 0 or1 (It should be considered whether Detoxify is necessary; it can be replaced with Green Potion or Green Herb)
Auto-Attack / Bow Thief
This is a very niche build that focuses on the ability for the Thief Class to use Bow-type weapons. Using a Bow gives a slight attack range improvement (5 cells away + bonus from Vulture's Eye so the goal would be to auto-attack your targets with your increased ASPD, one-by-one, and hope to kill them before they reach you, using Improve Dodge and Hiding to avoid getting hit by monsters when they do. There are no AOE skills available to use for this build so leveling will be slower and it is recommended to focus on passive monsters when starting out.
Two benefits to this build are having more DEX for a higher success on Steal rates and the ability to use various kinds of arrows, including those imbued with different elements (like Fire, Wind, or Holy) that deal even more damage to monsters based on their element's weakness.
Although Double Attack does not work with Bow-type weapons from the base skill, if you can afford equipment or cards that grants Double Attack then it will apply to any weapon you are using at the level your Thief has learned. That means that using a Sidewinder Card (which only grants Lv.1) on your Thief with Lv.10 learned, your Bow will Double Attack with the rates/bonuses of Lv.10!
Stats
You may allocate certain status points depending on the monster you are killing, your survivability, skill playing the game, and planned character build later on. Primary stats will be DEX for ATK & HIT and AGI for ASPD & FLEE. Alternatively, it is possible to replace AGI with INT if you plan to play as an INT/DEX Rogue.
