10 + 8 × (Skill Lv - 1) + (Your DEX - Target DEX) / 2 %
DEX now also affects Gank and triggered Steal effects.
Unlike default rAthena behavior, Steal chance is additionally applied to item drop chance:
Final Chance = Item Drop Rate × Steal Chance
Items below 0.01% final chance cannot be stolen.
Example for a 0.03% drop:
- 10% Steal chance → 0.003% final chance → cannot be stolen
- 34% Steal chance → 0.0102% final chance → can be stolen
Drop rates are always rounded down to the nearest 0.01%.
Example:
0.01999% → 0.01%
Items are checked sequentially from top to bottom in the monster drop table.
Higher DEX increases total Steal success, but also makes common items consume more successful steals before rare items are checked.
