This is by far one of the best private servers I have ever played in. It boasts interesting custom features and helpful staff and players. Most of all, I suggest trying out hardcore, which is a unique experience. Just take it lightly and don't get too attached to your character ;)

I wasn't sure where, but I wanted to start taking notes to create a guide for new players, mostly for Hardcore Mode (we call it HC).

I have played RO for many years, but this is the first time I actually play without considering typical builds too much and it has been the best experience I have had thus far.

I'll keep this open and if I find anything interesting, I'll add it here and maybe in the end there will be some useful info for starting players or anyone interested really (or maybe just as a notebook for me :3 )

Things to remember in HC:

• Only safe place is a town. AFK even in peaceful fields has the risk that you will die to dead branches - a cowardly thing to do, but then again we can't just ignore the fact that there are cowards in this world.

• Play for fun - if it gets repetitive and you become frustrated, take a break from what you are doing. There are a million new things to try and no, even if you are a pro, you haven't tried it all ( *looks at "Average", my Knight whose only reason for existing was wanting to keep all stats equal).

• Don't leave town without checking your basics: HP/SP sustain, fly wings, bwings, enough space in inventory for loot.
• Playing in Hardcore is a choice, don't criticize people that don't want or are afraid to play it.

• We are a small community. Throw away your pride and egoism and help the community grow. And jesus lower the prices. If you lose your expensive gear, it's gonna be extra sad.
