Patcher Troubleshooting
Get the Latest Patcher
Make sure you have the latest Full Client.
You can also download the latest patcher here: Download Latest Patcher
WINE / Proton / Linux Users
Make sure you are using the latest patcher (see above).

Invalid Response from Auth Server
Make sure your PC's date and time are set correctly.
Failed to Validate RagnarokPlus.exe
Simply restart the patcher.
ExitLag / Mudfish / VPN Issues
Make sure your VPN routes both the patch server and the game server through the same connection/IP.

Patcher Does Not Start
- Install Visual C++ Redistributable 2012/2015/2022 x64
- Update your GPU drivers
Patcher Still Does Not Launch
Try compatibility mode by adding the /tui CLI argument to the patcher.
Windows instructions:
- Right-click the patcher and create a shortcut
- Open the shortcut properties
- Add
/tuiat the very end of the target field

You can enable patcher logs by adding the /log CLI argument (same method as /tui above).
The patcher will generate a file named patcher.log.
Attach the following when asking for support:

- Error messages (if any)
