Niflheim Tunnel – A Passage to Niflheim

Unlocks: Access to Niflheim through the Niflheim Tunnel

Overview

The usual entrance to Niflheim through Umbala is blocked on Ragnarok+.

Instead, you can find an alternate path in Prontera, just behind the church in the top-right corner of the city. This quest unlocks access to Niflheim through a hidden tunnel beneath Prontera.

Quest Walkthrough

1. Find the entrance in Prontera

Head to Prontera (top-right corner), just behind the church.

Talk to Elrick → /navi prontera 262, 359

Elrick guards the entrance to the Niflheim Tunnel and can grant you passage, if you’re brave enough to face what lies inside.

2. Speak to Elrick

Talk to Elrick and tell him you want to travel to Niflheim.

He will warn you about the dangers ahead and give you three options; chose the last one.

3. Portal on the steps

Walk on the Portal next to Elrick to open a chat window. It will ask you if you want to enter. You can bring party members with you to defeat the monsters inside.

⚠️ You must be in a party to enter the tunnel instance.

4. Clear the Tunnel

Inside the tunnel, you will encounter Niflheim monsters, mostly enemies from level 1 of Niflheim, along with one Loli Ruri.

Your objective:

Defeat 30 monsters to cleanse the tunnel.

Once all enemies are defeated, you will get the Tunnel Cleaner Achievement and you will be automatically warped back to Elrick.

Quest Complete!

You have successfully unlocked the Niflheim Tunnel Quest.

From now on, you can freely use the Niflheim Tunnel with all characters on your account.
