Prontera Underground Prison

Prontera Underground Prison (PUP) Dungeon Entrance Quest. All Dungeon Entrance Quests need to be done once and can be used on every other character on this account.

This is the pre requriment for the Instance part of PUP and part of the main storyline of Ragnarok+. This guide is only for the dungeon part of the PUP, you can enter the dungeon once you finished the following quest. Always check the Questlog if you stuck (Alt + U). The quest will give you automated navigation paths where to head when you need to visit a npc. Just follow the lines on the floor.

1. Move to Prontera Castle in the North of Prontera (once you enter a chat box will open telling of a source rumbling to the left)
2. Once you move downstairs to the left you will activate a cutscene (continue through the cutscene).
3. After the encounter Advisor Lorian will appear and ask you to bring Priest Peter (/navi prt_church 103, 66) to heal the wounded guards.
4. You find Priest Peter in Prontera Church, talk to him (he will tell you that he meet you at the entrance) and head back to the entrance of PUP.
5. Meet up with Priest Peter at the entrance and talk to him (he will heal the soldiers wounded in the encounter).
6. Once the guards are healed, you will need to head to Advisor Lorian (/navi prt_castlep 76, 165) in the throne room of Prontera Castle.
7. Talk to Advisor Lorian (he will tell you to meet with someone who can identify a crystal shard that was found at the entrance room of PUP. He will tell you to talk to Morgenstein in Geffen (/navi geffen_in 141, 140). Morgenstein is the same npc you will need to visit for counteragent questline. Lorian will hand you over a Broken Crystal.
8. Go and visit Morgenstein in the Geffen blacksmith top floor.
9. Morgenstein will analyze the crystal and ask you to find a Wizard in Geffen Tower.
10. Visit the Wizard Guildmaster Cathrine Medichi (/navi gef_tower 111, 37) on the top floor of Geffen Tower (she will send you away without going deeper into the origin of the crystal).
11. You should talk to the cat Meow (/navi gef_tower 115, 36) next to Cathrine to find out why she is so dismissive of your request (she tells you to go visit the Mage Guild for someone to help you out)
12. Arriving the Mage Guild at the top left of Geffen you need to talk to the headmaster, though she also will dismiss you quickly.
13. Afterwards you can talk to the Young Mage in the middle of the room, Felwin Wispthorn (/navi geffen_in 167, 155).
14. Felwin will tell you he knows more about the crystal and can help you creating a scroll to open up the prison for you. He will need you to gather 1 Squid Ink, 1 Animal Skin and 1 Karvodailnirol.
15. Once you bring him the items you will receive a Scroll of Unbinding. It is an activated item and can be used everywhere. However you should ONLY use it at the entrance of PUP. If you use it outside of the room you will lose the scroll and have to gather the items again for Felwin.
16. Use the scroll inside the entrance room of PUP to open up the portal to enter PUP. You will receive an achievment for finishing the entrance quest.

You can now enter Prontera Underground Prison with every character. You can continue the main story quest of Ragnarok+ now.
