The server doesn't have a cash shop. However, many mobs now drop costume items, with the drop rate is same as across the board at 0.2%
Now you can farm you favorite costume yourself, from a Poporing Cap to Arc Angeling, from Zombie hat or Helm of Abyss. Most Mini boss and MVP have their own costume for you to collect as well.
